I purchased the CG mascara in the Black Platinum color hoping that my lashes would sparkle like Drew's in the ad. Sadly I was disappointed. Though I did see a bit of sparkle, it looks more like white tiny flecks of spots than anything. Maybe this works better for someone with lighter lashes and I must say that my lashes didn't feel hard after applying the mascara. But again, I bought it for the sparkle, not the softness.
